About Love Letter
Love Letter ("the service", "we", "us") is a dating platform operated by LoveLetter LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Letter. The service is not directed to children. If you are under 13, federal law prohibits us from collecting your personal information and you must not use this service or provide any information to us. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
We may decline service to anyone whose account has been previously removed, who has been the subject of credible safety reports, or whose use of the service violates these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping access to your account secure. Don't share your password. One account per person; impersonation, duplicate accounts, and accounts created on behalf of someone else are not permitted.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post on your profile. You grant Love Letter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and transmit that content within the service as you have configured it, for as long as your account exists. Content you mark as private is shown only to the members you have granted access to.
You represent that you have the right to share every image and every word you upload, that any people depicted in your photos have consented to appear, and that nothing you post infringes anyone else's rights.
Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to upload, post, send, or share any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).Any image, video, or depiction of a person under 18 in a sexual or sexualized context. Suspected CSAM is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- Sexually explicit imagery. Love Letter is not a platform for explicit content. Photographs that include nudity, sex acts, or graphic sexual material will be removed. Repeated violations result in account removal.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Sharing intimate images of any person without their consent is prohibited and will result in immediate account removal. If you are the subject of NCII shared on Love Letter, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will remove the content within 48 hours.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or stalking.
- Solicitation for commercial sex, escorts, sugar arrangements, or any other paid sexual or romantic services.
- Fraud and impersonation. Pretending to be someone you are not. Using another person's photos. Catfishing.
- Spam, scams, or links to malware, including romance scams that move conversations off-platform to extract money.
- Violations of any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or remove any account at our discretion. Decisions about content removal and account status are final at the alpha stage of the service.
Content scanning
Every image uploaded to Love Letter is automatically scanned against the NCMEC hash database operated by Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool. Any image that matches a known hash is blocked from delivery, removed from our systems, the uploading account is suspended, and the incident is reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We do not inspect the content of private messages except as required to investigate a report of abuse or to comply with law.
Reporting CSAM or abuse
If you encounter content on Love Letter that appears to depict the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor, please report it immediately at loveletter.dating/report/csam. You can also file a report directly with NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or by phone at 1-800-843-5678. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
For other abuse reports (harassment, fraud, impersonation, NCII), use the in-app report function on the relevant profile or message, or email [email protected].
